DM looking for players in Winnipeg, MB, CA.
20 years of gaming with DnD since white box.
My most recent group can't get together enough so I need to feed the addiction.
Willing to game with PBEM as well.
may I suggest "ghostorb.com"...it's a long drive from CA to Virginia....just looked it up on the web ;p

Heya all,
For those within driving distance to Germantown, MD and not familiar with the area, that is about a 15 to 25 minute drive on I-270 north of the 495 split northwest just past Rockville, MD or about the same drive time wise south of Fredrick, MD. Myself and a few long time friends are looking to keep our gaming spirits alive for D&D 3.5, though I myself have gamed for over 20 years through all the editions and many other RPG's both as the DM and as a player. We generally share D&D locations as to not have to make the same gamers always drive the same distance. So if you are capable of hosting the site, we generally do not mind alternating locations. I've found it also a better way for some to feel more comfortable when meeting new people.
I don't want to make this post horribly long, but for those interested please email me at ninjajubei1973@hotmail.com and I'll be glad to fill you in on gaming style, who we are, how we play, and any other concerns you may have. I myself am not limited in the ideal of setting a limit to the number of players and have DM'ed up to 12 players at once and have kept the ideas fresh to keep them interested.
If you can handle down to earth fun and recreation of just gaming then contact me. We are NOT over the top dramatic type of Live Action Role Playing. We dress casual to the environment, eat whatever we agree upon, let players bring their own foods and drinks and even have refreshments available most of the time or have someoen make food runs for takeout. I am but a humble DM and Player who throughout the years has enjoyed good ol' fashioned table top Role Playing. I have no set age limit but I do prefer mature players for obvious reasons so that myself and my friends who average in the 30's do not feel uncomfortable with a very young gamer. That does not mean I am biased to any gender or age and we have had father/son gamers as well and mother/daughter gamers. All in all we ask that at least one mature parent or sibling accompany anyone not of appropriate age.
We are the type of gamers whom relax, have fun, and are friends away from the D&D table as well. Hence we would like to find more of those type gamers and friends whom can handle that atmosphere.
Hope to hear from some of you,
/salute
Chris
