I had forgotten about this thread. If anyone has questions about the Vampires of Waterdeep trilogy now that the first one is out, just ask.

Hi Eric.
I really enjoyed the adventure (though the NPC art left me cold in most cases). I'm especially glad there was substantial use of the sewers of Waterdeep in this adventure.
I'm looking forward to parts 2 and 3, as well!
I got the Waterdeep book for a surprise birthday present from one of my players, so my August and upcoming fall reading is going to be full of your words and works!

Just a question: the cloak that Dhusarra is very distict. But it has no magical powers, right?

I second this observation about Dhusarra's cloak. It looks like it is made entirely from the body of a Displacer Beast.
And based on the arms and tentacles reaching out rather than hanging limp, it lends the appearance that the cloak is not entirely inert!
All the images show this interesting piece but it does not appear in her stat block or descriptions. Seems like something was left out?
I know I must have poured over the descriptions at least 4 times trying to find some clue.

The cloak is part of her religious regalia. It's nonmagical.

Sorry if I'm repeating something, but what are you plans for future Dungeon adventures, if you can say?

Obviously there's part 2 (Dungeon of the Crypt) and 3 (The Fireplace Level) in Dungeon #127 and #128. I'll also be doing the rest of the Age of Worms conversions.
Beyond that? Unknown at the moment, although I have a couple of ideas in the advanced planning stages (but not yet pitched to Paizo).

BTW, to anyone still checking this thread, what are your opinions on the FR adventure City of the Spider Queen? (If you've read or run it Eric, I'd like to know your opinions too :))
I haven't run it, but I have read it.
I like the adventure, but it's a LOT of combat. It may be too much hack-n-slash for some. I don't know for sure, but I think this module requires a lot of work to run as a 3.5e campaign. I remember quite a few threads on the WoTC boards about how to update it. I'm not sure anyone has done a full conversion.
My one nit is I don't like where Maerimydra is placed. The Underdark map should be changed IMO to bend north towards the Moonsea, not south towards Hap. This is more consistent with DDGttU.

My wife has. :) She's currently running this module for me and a friend. Eric is correct in that it's a lot of hack n slash. We're not done yet, so please no spoilers - but as best as I can tell so far, there is some sort of mystery to be resolved, and I think we're close to resolving it.
It's definitely fun. Also, my wife intentionally ran it leaning towards hack n slash - because that's what we wanted for this particular game. As a player, I've seen plenty of opportunities for nice roleplaying - things like using Diplomacy to get around creatures, interrogating people taken captive, and so on.
