Complete Net Book of Half-Elves

I'm attempting to find all the contributors to the complete book of half elves that was written by General Dorsey as the primary author on AOL a number of years back. I attempted to email the old AOL addresses and everyone seems to have fled AOL including myself, one of the contributors.
