Where is my copy of Issue #326???

Mr. Mona,

I've been a faithful subscriber to Dragon Magazine for about 5 years now, and I also own every issue from 107 onward, and a huge chunk of the ones prior. EXCEPT issue #326, which did not arrive in my mail box in November. I have #325 and #327, but not #326. Missing or late issues have been a problem all year long for me, with my having to call or email your customer support in order to get my missing copy (a couple which did show up a couple weeks later). However, numerous phone calls and emails regarding issue #326 in the past 2 weeks have gone unanswered or unreturned, and I'm still yet to receive my missing issue.

Yes, this is a gripe. The late and missing issues have become, well, quite an issue with me. I will still subscribe, as there is no local outlet for me to buy it off the shelf in the town where I now live. But I truly hope whatever problems distribution seem to be having are resolved soon.

Thank you for an otherwise fine job. I truly enjoy the latest direction Dragon is taking, and look forward to many more years of my favorite magazine.

I'm sorry that you've been having trouble getting ahold of us but we were out of the office from December 23rd to January 3rd and are still working on getting back to everyone. As for your missing issue of Dragon 326, I'm sorry it never arived and I'm more than happy to send you a replacement. You should see it sometime next week.
