I recently ordered all the magazines that contain the Shackled City, adventure path, with plans to run it as an Ebberon compaign while on my up-coming deployment in Iraq. I had thought that I would have to do a serious amount of adjusting considering that Ebberon characters tend to be slightly more heroic. But after reading the "how many character deaths" thread I think that the adventures may play well as is, with only adjustments for setting and atmosphere necesary. As DMs more experienced with the campaign, what do you think? I would also be happy to hear any suggestions that you have that may assist me. Thanks, and happy gaming.

Actually, if you want to keep with the flavor of Eberron, I would suggest remembering that while it may not look it, the adventure path is gear toward middle-high powered characters. Consider the fact that Eberron's churches don't really have the supplies, like potions and scrolls, that Greyhawk's and Faerun's churches do. Most of the chruches in Eberron have adepts and experts running the churches, not that many actual clerics, but there are the Dragonmarked houses that do run apothocaries.
Just thought I would mention.
