VERY FRUSTRATED! Does anyone at Paizo even know what Customer Service is???

I know this message board is not for questions on individual subscriptions, but...

I placed an order for both Dragon and Dungeon subscriptions on JULY 22ND (thats more than 10 weeks ago) and I haven't received a single issue yet!!!

Two weeks ago I wrote an e-mail to Customer Service - no answer!

One week ago I wrote Customer Service again - still no answer!

I'm very close to demanding my money back - if only I could get hold of someone at Paizo that is.

Not very kind regards from a very unhappy customer!


Wierd. I wrote them an email a couple weeks ago and they got back within a day. They've gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Is it possible that you've got a spam filter or something that's accidentally blocking Paizo's replies?

(I'm sure someone from Paizo will be on here soon to try to figure this out.)

I can definitely say that we never got an email from the email address you used to create this messageboard avatar. If you sent it from a different email address, I can check there, but it looks like we never received your email for some reason. I will send you an email to the address you provided, hopefully that will work

I have to echo Bjarke's sentiments. Even though my order was only since August 1, I too am yet to receive any responses to my three separate email enquiries as to why I haven't received a single issue. And International phone calls are expensive.

Well I don't know what to say. Clearly there seem to be some problems with us not receiving email from overseas accounts. I will look into it. In the meantime I will send you an email and see if that works.


I have received a mail now, telling I will receive replacement copies of my missing issues. Thanks for the quick response to my message board post. I'm looking forward to reading the mags.

I really hope you guys will solve your mail problems though. It's problematic if I can't get in touch with you.


Well it seems I have to use the messageboards once more. I have once again written to you via e-mail and not received an answer.

It has been more than a month since I wrote here at the messageboards, and more than four months since I ordered my subscriptions to both Dungeon and Dragon.

I STILL haven't received any issues at all of either magazine!!! Thats right - FOUR MONTHS!!!

I have been very patient, but this is starting to get ridiculous. The last time I wrote in the messageboards, you had problems receiving foreign e-mail. Well thats over a month ago and you are still not answering e-mail, even though my e-mail client tells me my mails were successfully delivered!

I'm waiting for an answer!
