Hello whomever is listening.... Back in September(Sept. 24th to be exact) I sent a message to customer service regarding my not recieving Dragon issue #324. Well, it is October now (October 13th) and I still have not recieved issue #324 or the current issue out, #325. Can you help me out and discover what black hole my issues have been falling into? Have not had such a problem recieving my issues until recently.. Help. Thanks.

I checked our email logs, and could not find your email (did you send it from the same account that you use for the messageboards? I can confirm that we did not receive a message from that account at least). Could you try resending your name and shipping address from a different email address?

Jeremy, I see that you are on the boards right now and was wondering if there has been any headway in the whole shipping time flux issue. Just curious as I would really like to re-new my Dungeon subscription but am torn in the time space differential....thanks
We are going to be testing a slightly different shipping system starting (hopefully) with issues 326 and 118. With any luck that will improve the situation, at least a little, but we won't know for sure until we try.

All I have asked for is explanations. I got those, maybe not as concise as I would have liked. But hey we are dealing with the art of the post office and sending parcels. So I guess concise is a perception, I am kewl with that for the most part. Others and myself have asked for the problem to be addressed/fixed and you guys are working on the problem and looking into alternative measures and systems. So, I must say thank you and I will let you know that I will re-establish my status as a subscriber of your fine Dungeon Magazine. Thanks and just keep on working on the issues we subscribers have. I am sure that there are some out there that are less forgiving/understanding. I look at it that I might be gaining some karma points back. I know that I need all of those that I can get. ; > p Thanks, Jeremy

Thanks for the reply. Per your reply to my original post, I sent a request for a replacement issue and an inquiry about what void it had fallen into the customer.service@paizo.com.... Will send another request for replacment issue to customer service. Hopefully it will work and I can get back on track with issues like everyone else. Thank You, Randy K.
