The 3.5 DM screen was bundled with Dragon issue 310, and was not incuded as part of any other subscription offer. As issue 310 was not part of your subscription, the DM screen was not included with your order. If you would like a DM screen, you can order one from the website here.

Ooooh, there was a promotion, I can assure! If I remember well, it was like this: "Make your subscription untill (I don't remember exactly the date) June 15 and receive a Dragon DM Screen for D&D 3.5!". Anybody remember this?
