1. I am assuming that we'll see more Maps of Mystery in the future? Hope so.
2. Noted in the "Frostburn" campaign, Raiders of the Black Ice, in Dungeon 114, reference to the Rusalka being. Memory-jarred, I pulled out Dragon 290, and sure enough, there she was. I would have liked to have seen Dragon 290 referenced for that module. More so, I'd like to see some ideas from Dragon inserted into campaigns in Dungeon a bit more regularly. Perhaps not so to be required for the module, but as campaign-expansion ideas. Two great magazines can only be greater if, at some level, their heads are put together. What say you?
The creature was taken from Dragon 290, but has been incorporated with slightly different stats in the Frostburn supplement, so that is the version we referenced (Thank to you Mike McArtor and James Jacobs for the assist on this one).

Saurstalk: This idea is one we've discussed. Look to hopefully begin seeing this sort of thing, maybe even in the next year. That's still just speculation, but hopeful speculation anyway. ;)
