I noticed that there is a $2.00 fee for shipping when ordering back issues. How long does shipping take?
Backissue shipping generally takes 1-3 weeks within the US. Outside the US may take longer.
When I ordered the backissue #112 (Maure Castle) it took 3.5 weeks to get into my mailbox in Switzerland. Dunno if that was an exception or not but it was certainly faster than the regular subscription issues I think. Still waiting for 114 here :)
