I had one remaining issue of Dungeon (#116) when I updated my subscription for 3 more years. The little window there on my left said Remaining Issues: 37. But I just looked now and it says 36. What happened?
I know #116 doesn't ship for another two weeks. Please help.

What happened was we just did the mailing label run for 116. Normally we do not mark off your issue on the website until we ship it, but the last issue on any subscription is a special case. For the last issue, we mark it off when we print the mailing label (which happens two weeks before the ship date). This is a quirk with the way that subscriptions are displayed on the website. This happens even if we have a renewal in our files when the subscripton expires.
The issue that was marked off was 116. Your renewal subscription will pick up with 117. I hope this answers your question.
As a side note (this does not apply to you Jaws), if your subscription has expired, if we do not receive a renewal by the mailing label date, that you skip that issue, even if we get the renewal later. If that happens, you can drop us an email after you renew and we can send you a copy of the skipped issue directly, and adjust your new subscription to reflect the issue we mailed.
