Since a few people have asked, I've updated the messageboard FAQ (click Help at the top of any messageboard page) to include a bit of info about the titles attached to posts by Paizo employees.
Paizo employees are identified on the messageboards by their full name and job title, e.g., "Editor-in-Chief", "Art Director", etc. How do you get one of these cool titles attached to your posts? Get a job at Paizo! :-)
Seriously, though, if you're a reviewer, illustrator or contributor to one of our magazines, contact your editor if you'd like to have a title attached to your posts. If you've already inserted an unofficial title, please don't be dismayed if a moderator deletes it.
Oh, and you can always get a title of Subscriber.... that's easy -- just subscribe! :-)
PS: I guess I should point out that I'm actually the only exception to the job-title-as-messageboard-title rule. My job title here at Paizo is actually "software developer", but having a PostMonster General was just too good to resist.
