Some friends and I are building a web site for are group. We were just going to list PrC's by name, basic description and mag#, but I want to know if it would be OK if we show table listing BAB, Save's and Abilities. We would not list what the abilities do just there name. Is this to much info that might cause copy right issues?

Doesn't sound like a problem from your description. If you are not familiar with the Open Gaming License (OGL), you should check that out. Some or all of the content you mention might be in the System Reference Document (SRD).
If you are referring to content from Dragon or Dungeon, I'll let the editors respond more fully.
Yes, I'm aware of the OGL, but very little of Dragon is listed as OGL. Unless I missed something? I Would like to know how much info is to much info for placing it on my web site. An example of a Prc or Spell from Dragon would be perfect.
