Received Dungeon #114 twice

Hello,

This morning, I received Dungeon #114, which I had already received about two weeks ago. Between the two, I took a new subscription, and I thought that maybe I had received it as part of my old one, and that, today, I was receiving it as part of my new one, but this doesn't seem to be the case according to the info in my account. However, it seems issue #115 was sent to me three days ago. I'm afraid there might have been a mistake, and that instead of sending me #115, I was sent #114 a second time.

We are aware of this situation, that currently many of our European subscribers have received duplicate copies of the last few issues. We are still looking into the cause of the problem, but in the meantime I can assure you that the duplicate was not marked against your subscription, and also that it was not in place of 115. Nope, as long as I'm sure I will get #115 and that I won't get one less, I don't mind receiving two of each! :)

Seriously, though, I don't know if you are aware of it, the first one I received was in an actual enveloppe, whereas the one I received today was in the normal transparent plastic wrapping.
