It's German for Game of the Year. At least that's what I've heard.
If you get a chance to play this game, you should do so. It's quite good, and well deserving of its Spiel des Jahres award.
I second Mike's recommendation—and not just because I beat him at it twice. ; ) It's a really fun game.

Mike (the other Mike M. in the company...no...that never gets confusing) is absolutely correct. Spiel des Jahres directly translates as "Game the Year." The "of" is assumed. :) (Yay, three years of high school German pay off...)

I had seen a fan-built expansion for this game based on Belgium. There's also a rumor of a French site that has a version of the game based on a map of Paris. And, it looks like they've finally committed to getting T2R online. That's a definite bonus if you get it automatically by purchasing the board game.
