Hello, all.
I'm just following up about receiving a replacement copy of Undefeated #7. I never received it, and I haven't heard anything since the original reply to my request, about three weeks ago. I did receive a copy of Dungeon #112, which I missed due to not renewing quickly enough, but the Undefeated issue appears to have been lost in the shuffle.
I'd like to renew my Undefeated Subscription, but first I'd like to be certain that they'll be sent to me, first.
Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Hmmm.
I just checked my Account information (nice redesign on the site, by the way), and noticed that it looks like they've tried sending it to me twice. The second attempt went out on 8/11, so it's possible that it just hasn't reached me, yet....slow as that is.
I received Issue #6 with no problems...could there be a problem with my address in the system?
