I don't think there's been any word either way, but if I had to guess, due to the nature of the rules stuff being Uncommon/Rare/Unique and focused on being learned/acquired from the specific individuals in question, they'd make for great Chronicle Sheet rewards. Correct. Since all of the mechanics in this book are of uncommon or greater rarity and specifically tied to unique characters and story elements, there will not be any sanctioned options available from this book that don't require a boon of some kind.

Edit Minor correction as pointed out to me by Luis! There is an archetype in here you can access by taking a specific background from the Lost Omens World Guide, and three new deities from the same section.
