While most won't notice, a clever observer or someone especially familiar with them, might note that the flower is actually a Raxilite trying hard not to be seen as such. However it does seem like they are friends, and he's here to help moving in. the real story: In reality Ariant was friends with Sully before he started hiding his identity. He was a frequent customer on behalf of The Gap Recollective. They were studying some property of hover certain hover engines, that they believed were somehow important to solving the secrets of The Gap.
