Strange question, I apologize in advance.

Next game session, group will help civilians flee across a 600 foot gorge using a gondola on a zip line. I know how long it will take gondola to cross gorge. But as I am no mathematician, I am unsure how to figure out how long it takes to pull 50# cart back up zip line.

The cart is attacked to zip line. There is a second rope attached to cart and wrapped around a windlass. When cart reaches bottom, use windlass to pull it back up. Not sure how to figure out how quickly it could be done, specifically how fast each round?

Any suggestions?

So, did you finalize your Red Wizard Conversion? If so, please share.

Unless the target initially provokes an AoO from him somehow, making the trip maneuver will be at least a standard action. He'd need Spring Attack or some form of swift action movement to move, attack (& make some AoOs) then move again in the same round.

The villain is a Monk with a speed of 60. He has Spring Attack. Sorry, I had that in Header, but forgot to include it in the question. Apologies.

So, it is the consensus that it is fine for him to move 30 feet, make a Trip Maneuver, then take his AoO that Greater Trip provides, then take his AoO from Vicious Stomp, and then move 30 more feet?

I am working on a villain for next session. In addition to all the prerequisites, he has Combat Reflexes, Greater Trip, and Vicious Stomp.

My question is, would this villain be able to move, make a Trip maneuver, take the AoO allowed from Greater Trip, take the AoO allowed from Vicious Stomp, and then continue his movement?

Thank you for any help!
