Nothing conditional so canny observer is a no,
and spells are also conditional about how long they last so also a no.

So after I realized that the druid in my campaign that had +18 bonus to perception could see everything, I had to know the limit to perception.
Assuming that the whole build is PFS legal, the character is level 20 with pretty much infinite money and that all the bonuses to perception are not conditional (for example: a rouge's trap sense) the maximum I've reached is exactly 100.

The build:
Samsaran, occultist-19, grand marshal-1 (prestige)
20 points buy:
STR: 7, DEX: 7, CON: 7, INT: 18, WIS: 18, CHA: 8
Race: (+2 int,+2 wis,-2 con)
STR: 7, DEX: 7, CON: 5, INT: 20, WIS: 20, CHA: 8
Level 20 advancement:
STR: 7, DEX: 7, CON: 5, INT: 25, WIS: 20, CHA: 8
10 consecutive wishes:
STR: 7, DEX: 7, CON: 5, INT: 30, WIS: 25, CHA: 8
Headband of Mental prowess +6 (int, wis)

20 ranks in perception + wis mod + class skill
Perception=20+10+3=33

Feats:
1. Skill focus perception +6
Perception=33+6=39
2. Alertness +4
Perception=39+4=43
3. Uncanny Alertness +1
Perception=43+1=44
4. Tribal Scars +2
Perception=44+2=46
5. Forgotten Past +4
Perception=46+4=50
6. Extra mental focus
7. Gunsmithing
8. Quick Draw
9. Amateur gunslinger

Items:
1. Demon Senses +8 racial bonus. Slot- none
Perception=50+8=58
2. Robe of Eyes +10 competence bonus. Slot- body
Perception=58+10=68
3. Stone of Good Luck +1 luck bonus. Slot- none
Perception=68+1=69

Occultist mental focus = 19+13+2=34
Occultist third eye +17 bonus insight
Perception=69+17=86
Grand marshal – add int mod to perception
Perception=86+13=99
Seeker trait +1
Perception=99+1=100

If you can possibly pass that then you probably have less life than I do.

I just found out that a wizard level 20 with Idealize rcane discovery could cast bear's strength on the AC for +8 enchantment bonus.

Abyssal Bloodline only gives +4. AC only reaches 16 HD, and the +6 is at 17th level even before the Eldritch Heritage penalty.

I didn't notice that. I guess it's only +5 inherent bonus from wish.

So I saw a thread in Reddit about the strongest Animal Companion possible (from now i'll call it AC) and I realized it's not only wrong, but it's also missing a lot of things. Here's my improvement. If you have any way of making the AC stronger comment here.

Human Hunter 9, Mammoth Rider 9, Barbarian 2 (Boon Companion to make the AC level 20)
He has the Divine Hunter and Primal Companion archetypes (they stack)

Baluchitherium with starting STR 14 (best AC in the Mammoth Rider list), Level 7 advancement +8, Ability increase +4, level progression +6, human alternate racial trait Eye for Talent +2, Animal Growth +8 (size bonus), Atavism +4, Improved Eldritch Heritage +6 (inherent bonus, with Headband of Mental Prowess +6 to INT and CHA and +3 to CHA from wishes, the AC's INT is grater than 2 so he can choose whatever feat he physically can and so he can take that path, and take the Abyssal bloodline), Poppy tears (I'd rather Fury Drops but they don't work on intelligent animals) +2 (alchemical), Rage (from the rage power Ferocious Beast) +4 (morale), Belt of Giant Strength +6 (enhancement), Divine Hunter +2, Primal Companion Hunter +6 (even without Mammoth Rider I couldn't take the large evolution because one of the requisite is being medium), Mammoth rider +10.

Total: 14+8+4+6+2+8+4+6+2+4+6+2+6+10=82 Strength

From the way these work the robe would happen 'first', so both will still not bring the final effective druid level above the character level.

Even if the robe would happen 'first' the effective sorcerer level can bring the final effective druid level above the character level since there are no limitation in the Sylvan description nor in the robe description.

a sorcerer level 10 would calculate his effective druid level like this:
10+4-3 = 11.

So a sorcerer with the sylvan archetype can have an animal companion with an effective druid level equal to his sorcerer level -3.
If the sorcerer has the feat Boon Companion he can have an effective druid level equal to his sorcerer level.
If the sorcerer has the Robe of Arcane Heritage (without the boon companion feat) he can have an effective druid level equal to his sorcerer level +1.

Now, if the sorcerer has the Boon Companion feat and the Robe of Arcane Heritage, would the feat bring his effective druid level to his level and than the robe would bring it to his level +4?
Or the robe will bring his effective druid level to his level +1 and than the feat won't do anything because the feat can bring his effective druid level to the maximum of his level?
