I don't know what "skie's" is but i am playing the main spokesman, a human warlock, of a group just starting this ap. as such, and since i always like to make a name for any group that is going to be primarily in a city, as the dm has informed us, i have taken to calling our little group "bad wolf".
and yes, it is from dr.who which i love.

alright, after figuring out what the other players are planning and getting some info from my DM I have decided against the 1/2 Minotaur tank and the drow shadow adept. I am now going to go with a Warlock.
I want to mix in a few lvl's of something else but cannot decide what, any suggestions would be helpfull. any race suggestions would be helpfull as well.
by the by, the rest of the party will consist of a pure rogue, a cleric/fighter and a mage/?.

i do appreciate all of the advise from everyone. i may have to rethink my character concepts it appears.

two things, one, please excuse my ignorance but what does SCAP mean?
and two, how would a halfling rogue fair in the AP?

also, from what i take of everyones responses, the more base races should probably be used as well yeah.

a friend of mine is going to begin DMing Shackled City very soon. As such I need to make a character for it.
I have a couple of ideas (having no clue as to any game content) that I would like to get an opinion on.

1. a Half-Orc with the Half-Minotaur template. He would be a Large size and primarily a combo fighter/barbarian.

2. a Drow (perhaps) with the Shadow template on it. He would be a caster going towards being a Shadow Adept.
