Hi,

I've sent emails to customer service about my order. I ordered the Bestiary 2 for PF 2e. One pdf and one physical print copy. I was charged immediately for two pdf copies at 14.99 and 0.00 for the physical book. Once I sent the email into support, I only got the automated response. Then today, I was charged for the physical book. But no refund for the second copy of the same pdf. Can someone look into this please? Thanks,

Hello,

I sent an email to customer service about the binding on my book on Oct. 10th but have not gotten a response, so I figured I would post here as well. The signatures have pulled completely free from the spine and only the endpapers are keeping the cover on the book. Can I get this replaced? Thanks,
