(as in, once he knows about the cleric ability and see it's effect, he can "train" himself to use the randomness of action to his benefit. something like adjusting one self to unfamilier phisical effects such as 0 gravity training etc. "you need to forget what you want to do and start with something you dont want...")
To quote the section on failing saves:

Voluntarily Giving up a Saving Throw: A creature can
voluntarily forego a saving throw and willingly accept a
spell’s result. Even a character with a special resistance to
magic can suppress this quality.
You can only give up a save voluntarily on a spell. The aura of chaos is a supernatural ability, and not a spell. As such, you can't voluntarily forego a save on Aura of Chaos. You could say that's against RAI, but then I'd argue that intentionally failing a save goes against RAI for the aura of chaos.
