1) What is the environment of the arena? Is it a featureless room with a floor? What are the dimensions?
2) How far apart do the combatants start?
3) For monsters whose CR does not match its HD (like the Redcap, CR 6 vs HD 8), do we still just add the class levels so that the sum of levels and CR is 10?

Does anyone have a digital map of the hotel. I'm hoping to get the layout of the various rooms for the con so I can figure out where I'm going.

I haven't seen a post yet from the event organizer. I was hoping to get details on the rules
1) What sources are allowed? Bestiary 1-6? What about classes? Only core? APG? ACG?
2) Are the monsters reset each round or do we continue as if we just had finished the last battle?
Withdraw into occupied space

The following scenario came up dieing play.

A NPC was trying to get out of a bad situation and decided to withdraw. Her path was blocked by PCs and the NPC would have had to enter a space occupied by one of us. While withdraw keeps us from getting AoO when the NPC leaves her space, would it provoke one when she enters a space occupied by a PC?

Eldritch Heritage/Improved Eldritch Heritage/Greater Eldritch Heritage from Ultimate Magic let you get powers from a bloodline. I'm not aware of anything that lets you get the arcana though.
