I have placed my order on 27th February 2008 and well it is almost three months since that date and it hasn’t shipped yet.

I know that had some preordered items but they stopped having that status at least two weeks ago. Could you let me know when will be my order processed and dispatched.

I live in Poland so a monthly subscription model is not the best option for me even with a discount. But If you could do something like order 4 books, with a full cover price, and get the 5th one free that would work for me.
