Something i'm not sure about; does the Sulis elemental assault ability stack with the elemental fist monk ability?

when i run games, i tend to do max hit points for players, npc, and monsters. For monsters, does max hit points effect cr, does it increase by a +1, +2, or not at all? would like a little clarification on this, please. thank you.
