1st level dip in Sorcerer: Draconic bloodline gives 2 claw attacks. Whilst you'll be loosing BAB, take a utility spell or two for fun. The identifying Barbarian will get some funny looks from the group, the Jump spell combined with your high movement will get some decent jumps to. Shield spell - will give you a decent AC bonus to.

I was just looking for this also

Whilst i doubt the intention is to allow ranged sneak attacks with this, I have personally allowed it in my games (with the condition that if anything broken comes from it, it will be banned ).

In the scheme of things its not broken really. The crossbow person in my game has to wait for two others to be doing the flanking before she gets her sneak attack, so if anything she has to rely on two others to get the flank going rather than just running in herself.

Let him enjoy some positive attention, then have an Evil Outside type decide he wants the bard for his court. Maybe he'll send minions to track him down and request he serve, then escalate to trying to kidnap him. Really turn the heat up, so that in the end the Bard has to start wearing a disguie and tries to keep a low profile

You just need to use your GM judgement. If you roll up d4 dragons(fairly sure i saw that on one of the encounter tables in KM ), it doesn't mean to say they are plummeting down on the pc party ready to fight. Have them hunting, and hopefully the PC's will think "shit, we should hide" then you could turn it into a stealth/chase type thing.

To be fair though i've GM'd on some parties that expect all encounters to be winnable, but nowadays i always prelude all campaigns i run with "You can't win all fights, running away and avoiding fights should be encouraged if it looks grim"

I would perhaps argue that they don't need to know what he is casting, its taking a full round to cast ....so can't be good :)

So as others put, its about interrupting, protection versus evil or hiding in small areas it can't get to. I GM'd a kingmaker campaign, its hard work on a GM...you wait til they start hitting book 6. Good luck!

You could roll a summoner, but actually make the effort to "craft" your eidolon....and any potential Summon Monster mobs as well.
