I was thinking of Unleash when you asked the question, and unfortunately it's one of those effects that doesn't have the mental trait, strangely enough. This means you won't be able to use Unwavering Mien to reduce the stupefy duration by one round RAW, though I would allow it at my table.

THat was what I was thinking, I mean its not like my pyschic suffers that much from stupefied condition when in battle, I have other things I can use during the 2 rounds. Thank you very much for the help, it will help our table as well.

If a mental effect applies the stupefied condition and has a duration of at least 2 rounds, then Unwavering Mien would reduce the duration by 1 round, yes. This doesn't affect the stupefied condition directly, but to my knowledge effects that apply the stupefied condition tend to have the mental trait, so you should be covered.
