Thank you I've emailed them as well, unfortunately they are charges as the money has been deducted from my account according to the bank, I didn't know they where off but I will hope for quick response tomorrow. Thank you.


I sent an email in regard to not having my purchases go through not a bunch of errors from your site. I now have had you charge me SEVEN TIMES of these purchases and since it was a two hundred dollar purchase the puts me down FOURTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS. You want to know what the worst part is? I STILL DON"T HAVBE ACCSES TO THE BOOKS, my account still has no order history or digital content for this, please PLEASE contact me on this ASAP, I am up all night due to work and I am up till noon tomorrow, this is not okay and I need this taken off my account because again your website was bugging to no tomorrow and it told me the purchases where DECILEND and I don't have any of the content that was paid for.
