I'm not sure how well they would work for you, but you could try:
"Dungeon Bash", GM-less dungeon play for D&D 3.5. I think it would be easy to reskin for Pathfinder - I keep meaning to try it. Still for sale at RPGNow. There are a couple of similar products, but this one appealed the most to me.
"Swordplay", GM-less tabletop skirmish wargame. It should be possible to swap out the combat system for Pathfinder and just use the reaction tables that set up and drive the enemy forces. Free to download, but probably more work to convert than DB.
Or, you could just leave 'em to it. That's what I did with my kids, and they were off and running in no time, young kids have no problem with making stuff up to fill in any gaps. I found it better to have separate characters for their campaign, though, as some of the house rules were... interesting...
