Got it, thanks!

Yeah, this weirdly isn't even something I was *trying* to set up, we ended last session in the middle of combat and I just took a look at the map and went "wait..."

(For context, there's a group of rogues trying to steal an item the party's trying to protect.)

I guess move action makes sense? Apologies for rules ignorance, but could you replace a standard action with a second move action to move 30 ft and then hand something to another person on the same turn? Or is that not how it works?

(This question's from a DM; I'm not a player trying to do peasant railgun)

So let's say we've got about a dozen characters (NPCs) roughly spaced around 15 to 20 ft apart. The lead character has an item, already in hand. Is there a way RAW for these characters to hand the item (or throw it, or something) down the line to each other character in succession during their turns, or if not, is there a house ruling general consensus on this situation? Also, are there any abilities (feats, etc) that would make this more doable?

Okay, what would be some reasonable restrictions for the ability and combat?

Basically the title. I have a player who's interested in trying out Kineticist, however, looking over the class, it seems really overpowered. The idea that a 4th level character could use Telekinetic Haul to lift 4000 pounds of weight using Burn (which doesn't seem like it incurs that much of a penalty?) seems far beyond something that would ever be balanced. Am I missing something here?

Thanks!

We decided to go with Myrmidarch Magus, which is working great so far. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks for the help! And I don't know if this affects anything, but, just to be clear, it isn't necessary that the staff also be able to function well as a melee weapon.

Hey, my group's been working on switching our 5E campaign over to Pathfinder for a few weeks and we've run into some trouble figuring out how to best transfer a certain character, an Artillerist Artificer 6/ Genie Warlock 3. We're pretty new to this system so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to the closest thing we could get, concept-wise.

Here's the key components we'd like to find something similar to:

The character uses a quarterstaff as an Arcane Firearm and casts his damage spells (Fire Bolt, Scorching Ray, Eldritch Blast) through said staff.

He also uses the Pact of the Chain from Warlock to get a Duck Familiar; we'd like to keep that too if possible.

The character's background is as a tracker and bounty hunter.

Thanks!
