Since once a great long time ago Dragotha sought lichdom to avoid the eternal wrath of Tiamat, what I would do is give the PCs opportunity to make a brief detour to Avernus.
There they can petition Her Majesty to give some anti-dracolich aid.

I would imagine She's been stewing over his avoiding her for a couple thousand years and would be happy to treat with mortals who would grant Her revenge.

Our wonderfully buffing bard Jullienne came to our party/
at the beginning of the Hall of Harsh Reflections;
A great addition were she and her ranger cohort/
Not to mention her dragonfire inspirations.
But alas her visit, it was fleeting/
As we reached the end of the Hall;
The wizard chose to not Resist Energy/
And everyone failed the save against Zyrxog's Fireball.

We will miss her.

In the voting period I did notice the same entry ce up often. I missed this in the FAQs but is that normal?

I have to say I am surprised there is no entry for Age of Worms at TV Tropes yet.

It might be they are all in the same boat as Dragotha was, being they are out of favour with Tiamat, and have thus taken refuge with Kyuss.

This year will mark the tenth anniversary of the original publication of Age of Worms.

Now who do we have to bribe, seduce, kickstarter or beg to get the rights to makes a bound edition of it?

It might seem naive, maybe even crazy to ask, but is there any plan for a Living Pathfinder program?

Granted the size and scope and money required might make it unfeasible, but why not dream?

Well, when I DM a game for my son, he has fun. He likes playing powerful characters. When he begins to 'power creep' I just simply give him and his group a challenge that saps them of a lot of their gear and never pull punches with the player deaths.

Also, by the time they're facing an Ancient Blue Dracolich and her horde of gnome militants, the fact their rogue can cast spider climb does not ruin the game.
