I like the way the thinking was in the character generation and skills. I also liked the combat maneuvers. However, moving and changing the feats are just becoming broken and complicated. That is what was good with 3.5. The feats are so interactive with other feats that changing one effects another and the way PCs are built. Adding a few new feats are ok like the being able to use dex for the combat maneuvers. Also, I think the decrease from +4 to +2 for the Improved combat maneuver feats are good becasue they match well with the new DC rule.

I understand the thought process behind the HP increase, especially for rogues since they do become fighters. Rogues should be as tough as clerics because they do enter combat more than clerics do. However, wizards with extra HP will be just way too powerful at higher levels. They overpower the game now as is. At higher levels the rest of the party just goes along with the magic user or just watch while he outshines the ranger or the rogue. That is probably the major thing which is wrong with 3.5

Quick note on skills: Jump probably should be separated back out from acrobatics. Also, might want to add Drive skill for wagons, chariots, ect.
