Hi,
I tried ordering a PDF of bestiary 4 and have a problem with card approval.
I'm using a prepaid VISA debit card, which is getting declined. After reading this forum I tried being more precise with my address to make sure it matched what's on-file with the CC but all that seems to achieved is that my card has been charged 3 times and the order is still incomplete!
I've passed some more details to the customer service e-mail address but if someone could get back to me that'd be great...
