II was charged for a pdf of Starfinder but it said my payment was declined. I went to check my bank to see what was the matter and I was charged for it anyway. I went back to the site to see if I had my pdf and I didn't receive access to it. So, I spent $10 on a pdf I don't have access to at the moment. I didn't receive an order number, an email, nothing stating that money was charged from my account.

So, I'm getting on the PFO bandwagon kinda late. One question though, is it really going to be subscription based?

Nevermind, I found the interview that Ryan Dancey did with Forbes. This is gonna be interesting, I hope they do one of my favorite tabletops justice in an MMO format.

I can't find any rules in the books for combat from a moving vehicle. My concept is a warrior, driving a vehicle and lobbing spears, tridents, small dogs, anything really from a chariot while it's moving. I'll be starting the character at level 3 and just need specific rules regarding such combat. Like, "Is a PC in a chariot considered mounted for the rules regarding mounted combat?" Any and all rules regarding combat from a vehicle are much appreciated.
