Not sure if this belongs in Customer Service or General, but I wanted to send a thanks to the customer service department at Paizo. Through error of my own, I recently had some shipping issues with a product I purchased through the online store. When I contacted Customer Service, and got quick responses from a person with an actual name, and she did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of.
So, thanks Paizo Customer Service, and Sara Marie in particular, for the fantastic service. You guys dont just make great games, you run a great business!
