What happens at 10th level instead of getting versatile performance. You get full benefits of clever explorer at 6th level and there is no listed substitute for versatile performance listed in the archaeologist class listing. Do you then get versatile performance?

Thomas has it right. The extra attack with ITWF and GTWF are at a -5 and -10 in addition to the penalty given for fighting with two weapons.

i guess im just wondering why the -5 and -10 are in addition to the -2 for two weapon fighting when it doesn't say so in the imp and greater feats the way its written i would assume its off an unmodified BAB or else the feats would say " this penalty is in addition to the -2 from two weapon fighting" or the feats would list as a -7 and -12 penalty

but if you are subtracting from BAB wouldnt it be +8/+8/+3/+5/+0 you wouldnt subtract from the allready modified main atack? or in your progression +8 main +8 TWF +3 main +0 ITWF -5 GTWF?

i have seen all the other threads and all seem to only do up to +6/+1. at 10th level BAB is +10/+5 and with greater two weapon fighting you get a primary attack and 3 off hand attacks. if the +10 is a primary attack then with TWF+ITWF+GTWF its +8/+8/+5/+0 and if the +5 is a primary attack then with TWF+ITWF+GTWF its +3/+3/+0/-5 giving a total number of attacks at +8/+8/+5/+3/+3/+0/+0/-5 but this seems too many (even though the latter 3 most likely wont hit) am i wrong? right? help!!!

i am currently playing an alchemist and a few questions have arisen in rules on formule and crafting.

1. does the alchemist get one and only one formule per level or is it one per formule level (ex. a 7th lv alchemist would get 3 formule one 1st one 2nd and one 3rd)

2.more specific rules on crafting, perhaps an hourly formula, for making alchemical items. if i have 8 hrh of free time durring a stay at am inn (with a portable lab of course) could i make a couple of doses of something or does it still come down to the per week formula broken down into an hourly format (which by the way in order to make ONE flask of acid in eight hours youd need a check of 140 minimum!)

3. this is more of a ruling question. if i use stone fist + draconic resivior + a bomb in my hand and i punch a dude in the face. we assume both parties take full damage minus my draconic resivior of course. the question is would both parties take full damage or would it fall under the splash damage rule

i really like the alchemist class but the only thing ive found lacking is the acquisition of spells upon leveling. i have been scrounging spells from all over the campain word due to the insanely small list that you acrue only on leveling. at least wizards get 2 spells per level. some input would be awesome, thanks.
