Bond Senses 10 rounds/day, as a Standard action, you can see, hear, taste, ect everything your Eidolon can, regardless of range.
Eidolon you can summon your Eidolon as a 1 round action. Its Hps remain unchanged from the last time you summoned it and it cannot heal damage normally. You may dismiss your Eidolon as a Standard action and it is additionally dismissed if it dies or you are rendered unconscious, asleep or die. As long as your Eidolon is summoned, you have a glowing rune circling your right eye.
FCB reduce the time needed to summon your Eidolon by 1 round (Currently a 1 round summon). Gain +1hp.
Life Link if your Eidolon would take enough damage to kill it, you can sacrifice hps on a 1/1 basis to prevent that much damage. Your Eidolon must remain within 100ft of you to remain at full strength. Out to 1,000ft its Current and Maximum Hps are reduced by 50%. Out to 10,000ft its Current and Maximum Hps are reduced by 75%. Beyond 10,000ft your Eidolon returns to its home plane. Reducing the distance between each other does not restore Hps.
Summon Monster IX 8/day, as a Standard action and as long as your Eidolon is not summoned, you can cast Summon Monster IV as a SLA and the summoned creatures last 10 minutes. You can only have 1 Summon Monster active at a time.
Teamwork Feats gain +1 Teamwork feat. You share any Teamwork feats you have with your Eidolon.
Twinned Transposition 1/day, as a swift action, you can swap positions with your Eidolon as if you both used Dimension Door, using your CL (8).

Ability Score Increase increase your Str and Dex by 3.
Armor Attunement gain +1 Enhancement bonus to your armor.
Armor Bonus gain +6 to your armor. This can be split between an Armor bonus and a Natural Armor bonus as desired. You cannot wear armor of any kind.
Devotion +4 moral bonus on Will saves vs Enchantment spells and effects.
Eidolon you are treated as a summoned creature except you are not sent back to your home plane until you reach -11 (Con mod) Hps and you can attack creatures warded with Protection from Evil. Each time you are summoned, you retain the same Hps from before, unless you were slain, in which case you cannot be resummoned for 24 hours and then return with 1/2 max hps. You do not heal naturally. You remain until your Summoner dismisses you as a standard action, or immediately if your Summoner is unconscious, asleep, or killed. You cannot be sent back to your home plane by means of Dispel Magic but Dismissal and Banishment work normally.
Evasion if you succeed on a Reflex save to only take half damage, you instead take no damage. You have a glowing Rune surrounding your left eye that cannot be concealed using appearance-changing magic.
Life Link you must remain within 100ft of your Summoner to maintain full strength. Out to 1,000ft your Current and Maximum Hps are reduced by 50%. Out to 10,000ft your Current and Maximum Hps are reduced by 75%. If you are greated then 10,000ft you instantly return to your home plane. Your Current Hps are not restored if you return closer to your Summoner.
Link you can communicate with your summoner across any distance on the same plane as a free action. You share magic item slots, with the Summoner superseding the Eidolon.

The Flayleaf Wichin

The verdict was clear. They had caught it red-handed. The terrified little goblin was surrounded by the stolen vegetables that lay around his feet. Now, any normal village would have just slaughtered such a vile creature the likes of a goblin on the spot. No trial. No jury. No mercy. Just a pitchfork through the chest and then toss him onto the trash heap to be burned.
But not this village. No, this village had a darker vice, a malicious hunger that lay set in their collective eyes as the mob shouted and gestured angrily in the air, determined to see violence done.
Theres goin' be a Wichin tonight lads! one of the villagers shouted as he roughly lay hold of the petrified goblin and hastily bound the goblins hands with rope, his rank breath raked harshly against the goblins nose, the smell of Flayleaf. And garlic. Lots of garlic. Buzzgob realized that these villagers must been smoking Flayleaf for years and the mind-altering stuff had permanently affected their minds, becoming very fearful and superstitious. Buzzgob didn't want to find out what a Wichin was! Not that he felt he had much choice, however, as the man tugging on the rope held no give nor mercy. Furously, Buzzgob worked on the ropes, trying desperately to free himself.

Frank felt liberated! He had another one for the Wichin and that was good news. Why maybe this one would appease those in the weather an they would be granted a good harvest. After all, the goblin had been caught thevin vegetables, and the connection was undeniable! Satisfied with his unshakable logic, Frank gave another harsh tug on the rope, to yank his captive furher along... But the rope gave no resistance. Confused, and staring back at the empty rope trailing behind him, Frank just couldn't figure out what was wrong... At least until one of the other villagers shouted out There he is! Hes escaping! Right. A Goblin. Thats what I had. Looking up, Frank spots the goblin scampering away as fast as he could, and so Frank gave chase, hollerin as he went. He followed right after him and watched him dash into a nearby tool shed. Heh. Stupid cretin. Theres no where to go from thar, ya stupid vermin! Ima comin ta get ya! Frank let out a vicious, low chuckle as he entered into the shed after it...
BANG!!!
...

Frank woke with a start. His head throbbin. Wha tha.... He tried to think. It was so hard, an his head hurt much. Much worse then it normally did, well that makes sense, considerin he got hit in the head with a shovel... By a gobli... THE WICHIN!! Frank remembered with a start how he had cornered the goblin in the shed, and how it had taken a swing at him as he entered the door, how he had gone down an how the mob had piled on the flailing varmin. Sitting up, he could hear the mob not that far off, an the chanting that signaled the start of the Wichin. Damn bastards. Jus left me here an startin without me? Ungrateful Gits.
With that, he got up, dusted himself off and took off a runnin to the town center where everyone had gathered. There in the center sat a raised metal platform with a giant brass bowl in the middle filled with wood, and a rope hung from above. Securely within the rope sat the varmin as it struggled to free itself. Burnin AN Hangin. Boy ain't we clever! Its double killin the bad luck twice over! Tis been brilliant ever since we figured THAT out! Frank then watched with glee as the fire was lit, an the goblin was dropped into the brass basin, the fire heating the metal to blistering temperatures and greedily lapping up at the goblin, before the rope burnt and it disappeared entirely from sight into the fire...

At the edge of the fence in a hidden alcove, a goblin watched the Wichin with a disinterested expression, yet Buzzgob felt a bit agitated inside. Turning away, and hopping off the edge of the fence, Buzzgob made his way over to where he had dropped the vegetables earlier and re-collected them. We did good, brother. I gots some food and I is gettin out of here safely. He then turns from the village and its stench of Flayleaf and threads his way through the trees of the nearby forest. See you soon. Alignment: CN, leaning towards CG. Sparky is a true freedom fighter at heart. Sparky never inherited his races natural cruelty and hatred for others nor their tendencies towards petty violence or malice. In fact Sparky cares little for the notions of good or evil, or for being evil for evils sake. If anything he does care for those around him in a manner similar to a child. It has no meaning until you are all of a sudden hurt, then he tries his best to cheer you up or look after you. Very un-goblin-like.
Sparky is chaotic in the sense of freedom, he desires to never be held down or incapable of satisfying his boundless curiosity, indeed Sparky is always on the lookout for something new or something exiting and if that happens to be at the top of that cliff, or up the side of that wall then thats where he will go. It is also thanks to his supple body that allows him to traverse these dangerous roads or near those dangerous creatures and come out of it unharmed that can often fuel his wanderlust.

Appearance: 2'11," 33 lbs of short green Goblin with hugely large ears slung over his back with a hole in the right one, and 2 golden rings in that hole. He is covered in bells, whistles chain links and noisemakers often sporting a loop or two in the hole in his ears. His beady little eyes shine with a piercing red stare and his overtly large mouth sports vicious, dagger like teeth in a perpetually mischievous grin. He wields a pair of golden daggers that he affectionately calls "Lefty" and "Not Lefty."
Personality: Loves noise. Carries plenty of loud and noisy odds and ends on his person so he can dance when he wants to be joyful. Others generally dislike this, yet it is uncanny how quiet he can suddenly become when the need arises. When pressures are low he often loves to drink his favorite beer, Bufo and trading tall tales, while Sparky is not the most convincing liar he never lacks enthusiasm. At times, if he feels particularly emboldened he might jump up and sing a goblin song and dance a little jig to the bemusement of those around. When more sober he is more inclined to stare and observe people, always on the lookout for for an opportunity to explore a new area or find a new game.
Sparky is very self-assured. He knows that he is better then other goblins and he knows that he might be better than some of the faster/smarter races out there. Sparky is very quick with his hands, and very supple, and he trusts himself to get out of any sticky situation he might get himself in.

More:
A lover of music and a charming creature of wit and mirth, Ziggs is anything but. His "music" consists of making as much noise as possible and screeching along with it. At his worst, when emboldened with his favorite beer, Bufo, Sparky might start up a rancourous goblin song and dance a jig, jingles, chains and bells clanging away merrily. To humans it sounds like a dying cat in a garbage can with a blender going and kicked down the curb for good measure. Upon hearing it , Ziggs usually gets kicked to the curb for good measure too.

Ten Minute Background:

Step 1: Background and concept elements
Wields 2 golden daggers he calls Lefty and Not Lefty (gold plated daggers)
Very bouncy. He bounces when you drop him, he bounces when you hit him and he bounces from wall to wall
Big flappy ears on an oversized head. He has a bullet hole in the right one and 2 golden rings in it
He is very skilled at everything having a skill rank in just about anything.
Claims he is a 'vegitarian' that only eats meat
His favorite food is cats
Loves sound (he hasn't gone deaf yet!!)

Step 2: Goals
To explore. He is my interpretation of freedom. He goes where he wants, he climbs everything and he is set to see the world (and for this campaign more beyond) and he can do just about anything.

Step 4: Relationships
Albina the caravan master. He took on Sparky as an extra hand, and as an extra pair of eyes on watch duty at night (goblins have excellent night vision). Later he was impressed by how Sparky was so good with his hands, unlocking the crates and barrels that were "liberated" from a neighboring carvan. Sparky was also instrumental in defending the caravan from a horde of goblins (the irony) and it was here that he nearly took a bullet to the head, instead sporting a shiny new hole in his earlobe.

Recently the caravan is passing through a frontier settlement called Holver's Ferry when they stopped for the night...

Stabbedgutz the goblin chieftain of the Vex Valley goblin tribe. The Vex Valley tribe was Sparkys home, and it was here that he grew up. One day Sparky found out that the chieftain and his prized golden daggers were separated, and decided to take them with him , and as a result, he suddenly needed to leave the village. Stabbedgutz never forgave the little goblin for stealing his prized possessions and running off, so he vowed that if ever he saw him again he would get his revenge by killing Sparky and reclaiming the stolen daggers.
