If i have

1. avoidance feat : AC 1 to dodge
2. haste buff : AC 1 to dodge
3. combat expertise : AC 2 to dodge
4. magic item : AC 1 to dodge

how can i calculate my total dodge bonuses? listed bonuses all sum?
