Hey everyone,

I recently moved from my city to a new town and though im glad to be here the one thing I miss the most is the time spent with friends gaming. My friends weren't very interested in trying post play but though i've never done it I am on the lookout for a group who might be able to have me join in as a player to give it a shot.

The majority of experience is definitely with pathfinders and i generally lean on the magic user side though have never been partial to any individual class and would be happy to roll any character concept as ive always enjoyed experimenting with new character ideas.

Is there a gm out there looking for someone to add to their roster and welcome a new post player(veteran tabletop player) to their fold?

Hey everyone,

I recently moved to red deer alberta, and having just left my friends for work I am looking to find a group to join up and play some pathfinders. I have played for about 9 years though mostly dm'ed for the last 5, and I am hoping to find a group of which i can be a player again in.

Im 25, a cook by trade and though i tend to regularly get the same 2 days off it changes due to kitchen needs. But I will always make best effort to attend sessions on a regular basis as I find the more often a group can get together solidly the more investment in the story comes of it and the more enjoyment.

Thanks for the suggestions, i'll be sure to come on to the message boards after a few sessions and give a general idea of how it is working out.

Im playing in a campaign where arcane magic was lost for centuries and the god of magic is coming back. I am thinking of taking my paladin into arcane archer, but i am unsure how to balance it nicely out.

To give a look this is what i look like currently as a boon at the end of the first session has opened arcane choices up.

Human
Paladin 1st(divine hunter archtype)/sorceror 1st(celestial bloodline)

Feats(dm allowed two traits to trade for feat): precise shot, point blank shot, rapid shot, skill focus diplomacy.

My stats rolled amazing and are such with racial
16/18/14/14/12/18

Currently wearing chain shirt though due to arcane spell failure chance i will be investing in arcane armor mastery or using a less failure chances armor.

I am thinking of going arcane archer as i wanted to continue down a more martial class while having that touch of magic to add flare and edge in a world where we will be of the elite few who have access to arcane.

Any thoughts? Suggestions? Ideas?

I opened the book got told by my DM to look at smite evil and rejoiced so much ever since dnd removed the holy avenger shooting good beams i've wanted something epic. and here we have it.
