hi im very interested in the mystic ranger class for a player of mine im a bit confused about the casting level, is it 1/2 per level as standard for a ranger or full?. The text in Dragon#336 states they wield spells more effectively but isnt clear on the caster level. I like the idea of a psionic variant also there are some good powers in races of the wild that would fit well.
