NOTE: I'm running a table of 6 players so I made adjustments to the campaign. Playing PFRPG as well.

Class: Level 5 Dwarven Monk
Adventure: Skinsaw Murders
Catalyst: Deciding to return after retreating from a battle with the Scarecrow, Justice Ironbriar and 13 Cultists.
Story: They went to the Seven's Sawmill at night. They interrupted a Sihedron ritual ceremony. They were able to get off a glitterdust spell which pretty much rendered Ironbriar useless (much to my dismay). 3 rounds later, I activate the Scarecrow (which I took out of the Shadow Clock and put into the Rookery in the Sawmill). My party is usually really confident but when he's doing 4d6+22 damage on them, they get a little discouraged. Every leaves minus the ranger, paladin of balance and the fighter/rouge. They get the Scarecrow down a bit but he just keeps wailing on them. Eventually, the monk decides that he is going to be heroic and attempt to use a ki point to make a jump check to the top of the stairs so he can get an attack on the Scarecrow and attempt to kill it. He gets to the top of the stairs but forgets the Scarecrow has reach so the Scarecrow gets an attack of opportunity. The Scarecrow ends up critting him, confirms, and deals 8d6+44 points of damage on him. The monk being already wounded is instantly dead. My party ended up looting his corpse and blaming him for murdering Justice Ironbriar. Priceless.

It seems like my table may have just grown to 7 people. Has anyone run these changes with 7 people? Or did they have to further "beef up" the encounters?

I just started Burnt Offerings on Tuesday and your additions definitely helped. They just captured Tsuto in the Glassworks factory and now, I'm leading them into the Catacombs of Wrath. They keep insisting to follow Shuala, the elf ranger, but I manage to deter them.

I would love to be sent everything when you get the chance. :)
