In the interest of trying out a system that is a little less “crunchy”, I have decided to give Fortune’s Fool a run. The system is based on the use of the Tarot deck instead of dice, although knowledge with the system is not necessary, as I will be providing pregenerated characters and using the free module Pinocchio: Wood Golem Gone Wild. I will be running this game on Rondak’s Portal (www.rondaksportal.com). Further details and application information can be found on Rondak’s, and you can reach me there by sending a message to liggetar. Thanks for your interest and good gaming to you all!

Two of my games, Transient Horizons and Ephemeral Horizons have lost a player. Both of these games have been running well over 8 years - Transient started as a 2e game, and Ephemeral as a 3e.

More details can be found on Rondak's Portal (www.rondaksportal.com) where these games are run. You can also PM me with any questions. Thanks!

I'm running it both in tabletop (we're a third of the way through adventure 4), and in a PBP (halfway through adventure 1), and it is honestly the best module that I have ever run. The background is colorful, the NPCs are memorable, very little is black and white, and there is lots of choice between shades of gray while still fighting an obvious evil. I can't recommend it strongly enough.

The War of the Burning Sky

For years, the city of Gate Pass has been neutral territory between the eladrin nation of Shahalesti and the mighty half-orc nation of Ragesia, existing as a physical barrier in the uneasy peace between the two nations. Its location in the narrow rocky pass with steep slopes to either side has given the city an extremely defensible location, and in all its long history, it has only been taken twice, and is the only city ever to have successfully driven out the Ragesians once occupied. It appears that Ragesia is about to try to make that three times.

I will be running the 4th edition version of the War of the Burning Sky series as a play by post on Rondak’s Portal (www.rondaksportal.com). The adventure will test not only the character’s physical prowess, but their ability to maneuver politically. Further details can be found on the site – create a user ID, and look for it under the 4th edition Dungeons and Dragons available worlds. I will be taking applications until July 12.
