V13 is only in beta, so not released. It's very much not recommended to update Foundry before the full release of a version. And They can't update the modules as long as the PF2 system is not updated... And it's not ready yet.

Replying to myself cause outside of the edit window:

I made a mistake. V13, as in the new foundry version IS released as stable. BUT the PF2 system is not, and the only release they did is an in-progress alpha. I have no idea why I wrote it so wrongly. Sorry. Hope this is more clear.
So yeah. The PF2 system itself is still not fully usable, so it's too early to update the modules.

I don't see any reason why not :). In fact, the foundry premium module folks have already updated the character and bestiary token packs for v13. The only two not updated yet are the two Paizo maintained packs (Monster Core and NPC Core).

Looking forward to the Foundry tokens for this!

Though, I must admit... with the Pathfinder Tokens: NPC Core not even being listed on the store, I'm a little worried this might be a case of "oops, we didn't do it *scrambles*". :).

Bestiary module 1.2.0 released *today* :D. So much better!!!

As long as you make the art for it have a lower priority than the Monster Core stuff. (Doing the reverse results in no Monster Core specific art. LOL).

Oh, fantastic to hear!

I was trying really hard to find any kind of discussion related to this issue and was having a really hard time finding anything. Out of curiosity, is there somewhere specific I can go to see this discussion?

There is currently some really annoying bugs when combining the "Pathfinder Tokens: Monster Core" module with the older "Pathfinder Tokens: Bestiaries" module.

The Bestiaries module overwrites most of of the Monster Core settings for an actor/token:
* Profile (and raw token) art is overwritten
* The size for tokens is overwritten
* But Monster Core still applies the dynamic token ring and subject texture settings

This has an especially noticeable effect on the tokens!

With just the Monster Core installed, the tokens use a scale of 2.0 and match the Foundry 2/3 subject area guideline.

With both modules installed, the scale gets changed to 1.5 while still using the dynamic token ring and subject texture.

This results in tokens that are exceptionally small, much smaller than the normal for dynamic token rings.

https://github.com/foundryvtt/foundryvtt-premium-content/issues/630

The token ring sizes can at least be mitigated using the Token Ring Adjuster module. Changing the settings of that module to overwrite the size to "2.0" restores the dynamic token rings to be the same as with just the Monster Core module installed. It doesn't fix the profile art though sadly.
