As a human, could you use the "Adopted" trait from the APG to obtain the halfling racial trait "halfling jinx" from Halflings of Golarion book?

Back in January Mark said he was going to add access to an inhaled/contact poison for use with ninja bombs. With the addition of the poisoned sand tube we have yet another need for such an item. Is this still on the to do list or is it done and I can't find it? Also, the onnly place I can find any info referencing ninja's poison access is in a messageboard post by Mark. I can't find anything in the guide to organized play, additional resources, or faq. Thanks in advance. :)
Herolab keeps trying to tell me that my new rogue is proficient in Wakizashi. Error on Herolab's part or did I miss something buried in UC?

The guide to organized play says you can upgrade a +1 weapon to +2 "and so on". Does this include upgrade other than simple +1, +2... ? For example: if I purchase a +1 greataxe and later in my adventures I get access to a +2 flaming greataxe, can I just pay the difference to upgrade my axe or do I have to sell my +1 for 50% and purchase the +2 flaming at full price?
Clerics can channel energy 3x per day + Charisma Modifier. Can a Cleric with a 5 Charisma (-3) never channel energy at all or is 1x per day the minimum?
I thought the Halflings of Golarion trait "Helpful" was legal for PFS, but Herolab says it's not. Can anyone confirm either way? Thanks. :)
Can the feat "Step Up" be used if the 5' step away from you is to the left or right rather than directly away? Can it be used if the 5' step away from you is actually diagonal and past you? Basically: PC Fighter= @
A|B|C
Does the Orc only provoke the use of this feat if he moves into A, B, or C? Can I use the feat if he 5' steps into D, E, F, or G? |
