Planning on starting an evil campaign and was wondering which AP would accomadate the idea?

I was just checking a few things out and have discovered that I might be a little dumb. I live in Canada and preordered the PFRPG back in May. Sure I got the subscriber 15% off. However now that it has been shipped I find that with the shipping and exchange rate and such I am paying 76+ dollars for the book and an additional 10+ for the PDF. Now I understand that there is going to be some difference, but if I wasn't impatient Amazon.ca is going to be selling it at 34 with free shipping. So I must really love this company. I just hope at some point in the future they send some love to the Great White North.
