Are the Alchemist extracts subject to the dragon magic wild surge chance? How about normal potions?

I don;t know, I figure a potion of Fox's cunning would effect a baby the same way it would an adult, I just thought it would be interesting to see a baby with heightened ability scores lol, like what would happen if a newborn was suddenly strong and smart enough to do things

What do you mean by max wealth for level? I saw the Suny char had 3k but according to wealth by level it should be 10.5k
