Hopefully that's all it is. When I look at the listing for it it still shows that it is in stock but on my order sheet it still shows that it is out of stock and unknown when it could possibly be in stock or ship. I have tried emailing customer service to no avail. I understand that shipping times are longer because of coronavirus and I'm totally okay with that, but if it's going to be a couple of months before they actually have it back in stock or something I would rather cancel the order and get it somewhere else. Alice042 did you get an answer? Looks like I had the same thing happen to me with the same product the very next day. I've also heard nothing from my emails, but I know they are very backed up, just wondering what the story is.
