I have been checking out the demo of Hero Lab And it seems to be pretty solid, and has Pathfinder content updates. It start off at $30 for HL plus one set of rules. It seems pretty solid so far, but I've yet to decide if I will purchase it yet. The demo allows you to build characters, groups, and monsters. The only thing is you can't print them out or save them. Once you purchase the software you can the print pdf's out and save your pc's and npc's.
