If PC-A is successfully grappling a creature what is the procedure or DC for PC-B to then tie up the grappled creature?

I need some help if at all possible; My son is asking me to look for rpg books now I went on the homepage it is telling me available (13) I copied and paste it to him, but he repliede there has to be at least 50 or more if so can you tell me where I can find this list please? Unfortunely he cannot do it he is (in house) hard for me to discuss! He has to go through me to get what he needs? Thank you for your help...gregmarc
